PulseCalls Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Korek Production governing your use of the PulseCalls messaging and calling application. By creating an account or using PulseCalls you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use PulseCalls.
• Your account is tied to your phone number, verified by a one-time SMS code. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One phone number may be signed in on one device at a time.

2. Acceptable use — zero tolerance for abuse

PulseCalls has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You agree not to use PulseCalls to:

• send content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful, pornographic, or that exploits or endangers minors in any way;
• bully, intimidate, stalk, or impersonate any person;
• send spam, scams, malware, or unsolicited commercial messages;
• infringe anyone's intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• interfere with or abuse the service, other users, or our infrastructure.

3. User-generated content, reporting, and moderation

• Messages, media, and story updates you share are your responsibility.
• Every user can block any other user at any time from inside a chat.
• Every user can report a message, a story, or a user from inside the app (long-press a message → Report, or use the Report action in a chat).
• We review reports and act on them within 24 hours: content that violates these Terms is removed and the user who provided it may be warned, restricted, or permanently ejected from the service.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without notice where the violation is serious. You may stop using PulseCalls and request deletion of your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

PulseCalls is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korek Production is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including the conduct or content of other users. Message and call delivery depend on your network and device.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest revision; continued use of PulseCalls after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
