Delete your account

PulseCalls and Sands — The First Kingdom use the same account. Deleting it removes it from both apps.

In the app (fastest)

• Sands: home screen → gear (top right) → Delete my account → confirm twice.
• PulseCalls: Settings → Delete my account → confirm twice.

By email

If you can no longer open the app, email info@korekproduction.com with the subject Delete my account, from the email address of the account or giving the phone number it uses. We confirm and delete within 30 days, and may ask you to prove the account is yours.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in (phone number or email), profile and name.
• Your Sands village, army, resources, trophies and coin balance.
• Your PulseCalls profile, status updates and contact details.

What may be kept

• Messages you already sent in PulseCalls stay in the other person's chat, shown as from a deleted user.
• Raid reports in other players' villages may still show your old chief name.
• Purchase records (order id, pack, date), kept for accounting and fraud prevention as the law requires.
